Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 1/4 C (30 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 C (500 ml) Panko crumbs or coarse, dry breadcrumbs
  • 3 large, boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 C (60 ml) Caesar Dressing

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  • Combine first 2 ingredients in a shallow dish and set aside.
  • Coat chicken with ¼ cup (60 ml) Caesar Dressing. Place in crumb mixture and press to coat both sides.
  • Arrange in a single layer on Sheet Pan lined with Bake & Roll. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden.
  • Dish up with remaining Caesar Dressing for dipping.
